All,

Running PostgreSQL 9.3 on a Linux Red-Hat 6 platform. Downloaded oracle_fdw v1.0.0.

Is there another version of this extension that will allow for selection using a view instead of a table?

Thank you in advance,
Denise

I am not totally certain what you mean.

You can create a foreign table that points to an Oracle view.
You can create a PostgreSQL view based on a foreign table.

Both should work fine.
Do you have a specific problem?
