pg_config

Hiya

I am having a second problem with pg_upgrade (different machine)

when starting pg_upgrade the CPU goes to 25% and stays there. top shows
that this is pg_config doing that. Manually running pg_config yields the
same result: CPU goes to 25% and pg_config keeps running and never
returns a result.

Thanks

There are no real processing loops in pg_config so I am confused what
could be happening --- I would look at some kind of operating system
problem.
