pg_restore patch

Hi Tom,

I saw your post:

http://archives.postgresql.org/pgsql-general/2004-02/msg00194.php

We have same error when I do pg_restore under PG version 7.3.2.

Can this patch apply to 7.3.2?

Where can I find the patch? What’s the procedure to apply it?

Thanks Tom!

Why don't you just update to 7.3.6, instead?

Thanks Tom!

I have already recommended to upgrade to 7.4. However, it is not me
to make the decision. Also, we have some resellers running 7.3.2 in
production environments too and I am not sure whether they are willing
to
upgrade.

I should think it would be a lot easier to persuade them to update to
7.3.6 than to 7.3.2+homebrew patch ...
