that should work, though it's pretty insecure. note you might need to
address your lan ip address if it's not 192.168.*.*

That applies only for pre-7.3 releases, I believe.  Pg 7.3.x
introduced new syntax for pg_hba.conf.  You'll need an extra 'all'
after the 'all' above for 7.3.x.
