Hey, a minor thing-to-do I noticed.  From

one can see

but if you follow the HTTP link one is driven to

   Not Found
   The requested URL /ftpsite/v7.3/postgresql-7.3.tar.gz was not found
on this server.

and not ...7.1.3...
