You're complaining to the wrong people; Marc Fournier <scrappy@hub.org>
is in charge of the mirroring network. But AFAIK, any mirrors that are
not now being advertised are that way because they are not up-to-date,
which is because their admins haven't yet responded to the configuration
changes that were required of them a couple weeks ago.
