Hi,

Is it possible to configure PostgreSQL, so that it is not accent mark
sensitive when making conditions upon strings on the queries ?

No, you'll have to do that yourself. A simple tr 'âàáéÿ' 'aaaey' etc.
could possibly do on the client side.
