Set auto-vacuum options below 0

Hi,
I tried to change auto-vacuum scale factor and analyze factor below 0 and then "OK" button become disable, right after first 0 is typed. It is impossible to set values below 0 using Auto-vacuum tab on table properties form. This occurs regardless GUI language (EN, PL).
Of course, values set previously below 0 are displayed properly - thanks.

pgAdmin 1.14.2 Windows 7 32 bit.

Regards,
Bartek
