"About" window

From

Date:
This is only a small bug, but anyway: the "About" window does not display except if the front window is the main
PgAdminwindow. If, for example, I have a table grid at the front, or an SQL query window - selecting "About" from the
menudoes nothing at all.

This is on MacOS Snow Leopard, both in 1.12.3 and 1.14-beta.

Cosmetic, yes, but since I need to check whether I'm using the beta or the stable, I needed it several times today...
