  Hi

what are those colors in the "activity" frame (upper left) in the 
server-status window?

There mostly blue lines
some orange
and occasionally bright green.

They represent 4 types of status: Active, Idle, Blocked and Slow.  The
colours are configured in the options section.  By default, Active is
green, Idle is blue, Blocked is salmon red and Idle is a kind of sandy
brown.
