Yes. It can be extremely time consuming, even to test simple bug fixes that *should* be fine on any version. That
becameapparent this cycle when a few version-specific bugs did creep in when I thought I could get away with more
limitedtesting, and later got found in the field. :-(

Thanks Chris.

Based on this and other comments received (thanks all!), let's target
the next major version of pgAdmin at PostgreSQL 8.0 and above only. 7.3
and 7.4 support will continue to be available in the released versions.
