I don't have the VC++ 5 to build the head revision from SVN. I need that bugfix
for grid editing. Is there a nightly Windows build available?

If not...

Dave, can you make available a binary patch, or binary files to replace
whatever needs replacing?

You're welcome - there is no nightly build for Windows, but I've
uploaded a snapshot to http://developer.pgadmin.org/snapshots/win32/
