Windows, pgAdmin version 1.4.3 (19 Jul'06)
Bug appears in query editor with this version.
The annoying thing (for me:) is dead Arrows, Ins and Del keys on Numeric 
Keypad (NumLock is off).

This appears to be a bug in the wxStyledTextCtrl included with wxWidgets
2.6.3. I have logged it with the project

id=9863&atid=109863)
