10.0pt;font-family:Arial">I have just installed latest beta of 8.1 and pgadmin. I’m trying to restore a db I backed up
with8.03 but I keep getting an error message saying that the file is not found. I reinstalled a previous version of
PGADMINwhich seemed to get some way through the restore process but failed before completing.</span></font><p
class="MsoNormal"><fontface="Arial" size="2"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:

10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy">I deinstalled PGADMIN and installed the it from the Postgres installer and that
nowseems to work. So I’m not sure if the separate installer of PGADMIN is correct. Anyway all is ok for me

You'll need to give us a few more cluse than that - what error message did you get when it failed before completing? Are pg_dump.exe and pg_restore.exe correctly installed in the pgAdmin directory?

Arial">Michael Schmidt has reported under the heading “Backup Problem” (posted in the last day or two). I had installed
PGADMINseparately, from the latest beta, but after this problem I installed from the main postgresql installer and that
seemedto cure the problem. </span></font><p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial" size="3"><span

font-family:Arial">Also,  after restoring a backup the OK button is still visible, it used to be the “Done” button I
think.When I press this button PGAMIN tries to do another restore … I now press the cancel button to exit out of the
