I noticed the mailing list mentions 1.3 is available.  1.3 does not appear anywhere on the www.pgadmin.org downloads.
Isit not officially available yet?  Waiting for 8.1 to be official?

1.3 is the development series - when it is ready, it'll be released as 1.4, and development will start on the 1.5 dev
series.

You can get development snapshots from http://developer.pgadmin.org if you want to play.

1.3 is the developer's branch and (with changing features) available 
since 1.2.0 release, and will never get official. The next official 
release will be 1.4, just in time with 8.1.
