Platform       WINDOWS XP PRO SP1    FREEBSD 5.2.1 Language       SPANISH Distribution   PGADMIN3  - BINARY  - 1.0.2
 Create New Domains more of two, program crash THE PROGRAM; i asign a propietary  for the domain, and this crash the
programin the two plataform's; this error is creating a new domain in the database
