Thanks for reporting.

Strange, this works if compiled for debugging, but not for release. 
Which makes this quite hard to debug...
VB is quite exotic about copy/paste because it provides only CF_TEXT, 
while others provide CF_OEMTEXT also.

Fixed in cvs, a new binary snapshot is already uploaded (20031026).
