Feature request: execute SQL statements after login

It would be very handy if it would be possible to automatically execute SQL statements
after login. For example, after every login I have to execute statement

SET client_encoding='win1250'

and typing it after every login can be very cumbersome.

Hi,

This isn't a bad idea. I've added it to the todo list for pgAdmin III.
