Hi Greg,
pgAdmin uses psqlodbc.dll - just copy the new one over the old (you
might want to back it up first though).
It won't hurt to update the others as well - they are the ODBC3 driver
(PostgreSQL+ Beta) and the ODBC3 Unicode driver (PostgreSQL+ Unicode
Beta).
