Thread: pgAdmin II Preview Release
I'm pleased to announce the release of a Preview version of pgAdmin II. pgAdmin II is a completely new product written from scratch using the years of experience gained from the original pgAdmin project. It is based on the pgSchema library which provides a hierarchical object model of an entire PostgreSQL server to the programmer. pgAdmin II provides a single unified browser interface to allow you to browse your entire server at once. *All* PostgreSQL objects are supported and may be browsed, created, dropped & editted to the extent allowed by SQL. The application features comprehensive logging facilities, object/object collection reverse engineering (i.e. back to SQL), plugin 'Exporters' modules to all export of query results, 'Plugins' to provide additional functionality, and extensive use of caching/'on demand' lookups to minimise network & server load. Context sensitive menus (right-click) are also included along with a context sensitive main menu and button bar. For more detailed information, developer info/CVS access, and to download pgAdmin II, please visit http://pgadmin.postgresql.org. Please note that this is Preview/Development code and may still contain bugs. I would appreciate *any* feedback or comments anyone may have. Please feel free to subscribe to the mailing lists detailed on the website. Regards, Dave. -- Dave Page pgAdmin Project Leader http://pgadmin.postgresql.org/

Not sure you choosed the best technical platform for developping something which deals with postgres, which to my knowledge is mainly used on GNU/Linux, *BSD or other unices...
