It took me some time to understand, as I was going to
http://www.pgadmin.org, and it worked well there. So,
http://www.pgadmin.org/docs/ works but http://pgadmin.org/docs/ doesn't.
Sorry, but I can't fix this, you'll have to wait for Dave.

Looks like the DNS was still pointing to the old webserver. I've
updated it, but it might take a little while for changes to propagate.
