Support for drag and drop of a query file in the query tool

Hi,

The idea is to automatically open a file if a user drags it from the explorer
window onto the query tool.

The patch attached does this.

Looks perfectly reasonable. frmQuery is getting a bit crowded now
though (and has been for a while) :-(
