We don't update the PO files and template for every change during the
dev cycle that touches any strings - it creates far too much SVN
traffic for virtually no gain (none of the translators keep up during
the dev cycle - it's too inefficient).

That said - please remember to update pgadmin-release.pot before you
do update the template for the first time Guillaume.

If you want to do it step by step, you can do this on your own. Use
stringextract shell script and use msgmerge to update your .po file.
