Yeah, for a release build they are compiled into xrcdialogs.cpp. In a debug build they are dynamically loaded each time
adialog is opened, making testing easier.

Thanks, so I need to fix this in debian/ubuntu packages. Can you give
some explanations concerning the "new" branding directory (the one
containing the branding.ini file)?
