That's the 'name' of a person. Probably a company name, but that's what
was in his email sig!

It's easiest just to pull the latest po file from
http://svn.pgadmin.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/trunk/www/locale/fr_FR/LC_MES
SAGES/

We have a merge script that re-merges all the trnaslations. I try to
remember to run it whenever I change anything.
