OSX Bundle Support - Latest & Greatest

Hi

The latest & gratest Version of the bundle support can be found
at www.phlo.org.
You need to apply pgadmin3-bundle.diff in the root of the pgadmin3 sources,
and then extract the tgz there.
Afterwards a configure with "--enable-appbundle", make and "make install" should
generate a pgAdmin3.app.

The name of the bundle is now pgAdmin3.app - "pgAdmin III" cause too much
problems with automake - it just doesn't support spaces, I guess ;-)

Thanks, applied to CVS.

Thanks for your work on this - at last we can support pgAdmin on OSX :-)

Regards, Dave.
