8.0 doc

Hi Dave,

again we have a bunch of doc changes, and I'm quite tired manually
adding them to pgadmin3.hhc again and again (apart from that being quite
error-prone). We really should have it generated from sgml.
I'm completely unfamiliar with jade, and there's a lot of other stuff
for me to do so I'd be glad if some shiny knight would appear creating
the basics. If it makes sense, we could convert the pgadmin pages to
sgml as well.

Regards,
Andreas

The subset we need is
http://www.wxwindows.org/manuals/2.4.2/wx499.htm

At first glance, it doesn't look terribly complicated to generate, but
is there a document that describes the format?

It's been on my todo for a while, but unfortunately is quite low priority for me at the moment (not that I know
anythingabout jade, docbook or sgml et al. anyway). I have no problem with your or anyone else converting the pgAdmin
stuffto SGML - it probably wouldn't hurt to have an easy way to compile the PostgreSQL docs into a .chm automagically
either.
