I uploaded a huge update, which requires another fix for a missing stc
constructor (stc-ctor.patch). The patch is already present on snake.
The patch supports loading ctlSQLBox from XRC resource (look at frmView
for an example), and the new wxCalendarBox which is almost complete
(some keyboard control is missing). It'S currently visible for pgUsers.
A wxTimeSpinCtrl is planned, to make the hours editable too.
