Thanks Hiroshi, patch applied.

Frank; I like the new query builder :-) One minor problem -
frmVisualQueryBuilder.frx has been added as an ASCII file. Can you
remove it and re-add it as a binary file please?

I add a support to operator class in pgschema and pgadmin2.

I fix frmVisualQueryBuilder.frx binary file.

My new idea on pgadmin2 are:

- add parm on visual query builder

- generation documentation

- editor for trigger ,function and rule

- relationship diagramming

- traslation lang

- ....

I think so, too.
But, a transplant isn't finished in Japanese.
I must supply this immediately.
