In pgadmin is not possible to create table which columns array.
Is not possible specify if colum is array and the number of element.
E.s.
CREATE TABLE array1 (vector  INT[]);
CREATE TABLE array2 (vector  INT[1]);
CREATE TABLE array3 (vector  INT[][] );
CREATE TABLE array4 (vector  INT[2][1] );
