If you just want to reverse the priorities:

| UPDATE TestTable
|   SET prio = (SELECT MIN(prio) FROM TestTable WHERE group_id = 'testgroup') +
|              (SELECT MAX(prio) FROM TestTable WHERE group_id = 'testgroup') -
|              prio
|   WHERE group_id = 'testgroup';
