Well, you can find the documentation for PostgreSQL at
<http://www.postgresql.org/>, and you can find the documentation for
MySQL(tm) at <http://www.mysql.com/>.
They are quite different systems; to get any sort of comprehensive
view, you will need to comprehensively read both sets of
documentation.
