Probably happens because crake does vpath builds. I think you're going
to have to set up EXTRAINCLUDES for it - see near the bottom of the
headerscheck script. Possibly something like
src/backend/utils/adt/*)
EXTRAINCLUDES="-I $builddir/src/backend/utils/adt" ;;
