Yes, sqlplus looks especially bad once you're used to banging around
in psql.  Although, I recently discovered rlwrap (a generic readline
wrapper) which makes sqlplus almost tolerable.  It's the best thing to
happen to sqlplus since... well, since "quit" I suppose.
