New feature for posgreSQL 7.3 & later -- sequences are automatically dropped
when the owning table is dropped -- you need to recreate the sequence....
The easiest way is in your CREATE TABLE tblName (
id serial PRIMARY KEY, blah..., blah...,
) WITH OIDS;
