Not documented (from oracle_compat.c) in PG documentation:
btrim()ascii()ichar()repeat()
and about ichar() is nothing in Oracle documentation, it's knows chr() 
only...

Directly rename it, or add "alias" entry to the pg_proc? 

Or ignore? :-)
