I have the 7.3.1 installed under WinXP via the Proof of concept installer and it works just fine. I then tried to use pg_dump to move the data to another installation. pg_dump did not work, saying that the cygz.dll file is missing. Where is that file? I thought pg_dump.exe should work under Windows with the current installation.
