Hi,

How about adding these for 7.3?  Can this be put in the TODO?

EXTRACT(TIMESTAMP FROM epoch);
EXTRACT(DATE FROM epoch);
EXTRACT(DOW FROM epoch);
...

etc.

Would be very useful.
