The problem with that is that the PG docs are a major part of the size
of the whole package - adding 8.0, 7.4, 7.3 etc. would *vastly* increase
the size of pgAdmin.

There is another option - under File -> Options, you can set "SQL help
site" to a directory or website cotaining the PG docs of whatever
version you like. You might find that some pages then break of course -
for example, hit Help on the Roles dialog and you'll get an error if
you've selected docs < 8.1.
