"psql -d autoforum -U autoforum -h localhost -l"

causes two problems:

 - [root@d112 powernetz]# psql -d autoforum -U autoforum -h localhost -l
psql: FATAL: No pg_hba.conf entry for host 127.0.0.1, user autoforum, database template1

 - [root@d112 powernetz]# psql -d autoforum -U autoforum -h localhost
psql: FATAL: No pg_hba.conf entry for host 127.0.0.1, user autoforum, database autoforum

--

psql -d autoforum -U autoforum

prompts a password request and works as should work.

--

pg_hba.conf:

local sameuser postgres trust
local sameuser all password

We don't want to upgrade to 7.4.x , except you can tell us if it works without databases
changes like recreating databases via dump/insert aso.
