Hi,

when trying to compile psqlodbc30 I get the following
errors during link:

odbcapi30.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external Symbol _SC_pos_delete
odbcapi30.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external Symbol _SC_pos_update

There is also a warning during compile:

pgapi30.c(228) : warning C4090: '=' : different 'const'...
