Check out amcheck:

https://github.com/petergeoghegan/amcheck

The version on Github has feature parity with the version from
Postgres 11 (it has the new "heapallindexed" stuff), but it works for
older versions of Postgres. There are official PGDG .deb and RPM
packages available.
