The implemented functionality is clearly benefit - passing MD arrays, pretty faster passing bigger arrays2. I was able to use this patch cleanly without any errors or warnings3. There is no any error or warning4. All tests passed - I tested Python 2.7 and Python 3.55. The code is well commented and clean6. For this new functionality the documentation is not necessary7.
