This change breaks tab completion for ALTER TABLE ... SET
[WITH/LOGGED/UNLOGGED].

It think it should be
> +       else if (Matches2("SET", MatchAny) &&

Related to it, I found tab completion for ALTER TABLE .. SET WITH,
which doesn't working well.
