Thanks for pointing it out.

i think it's related to my silly mistake:
                if (TupleDescAttr(RelationGetDescr(rel),
var->varattno)->attgenerated)
should be
                if (TupleDescAttr(RelationGetDescr(rel), var->varattno
- 1)->attgenerated)

Feel free to test it again.
