FYI - 

* We (pgadmin team) use virtual environment to install the dependency in separate environment.

   Please refer: https://virtualenv.pypa.io/en/stable/

* If pip3 is install, you can install it using either the OS package mananger (i.e. yum, apt-get, etc)

  or, using python setup tool: easy_install

  easy_install pip

pip3 was successfull

I can import flask in own session

but same result :(

[pavel@nemesis runtime]$ ./pgAdmin4
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/pavel/src/pgadmin4/web/pgAdmin4.py", line 24, in <module>
    from pgadmin import create_app
  File "/home/pavel/src/pgadmin4/web/pgadmin/__init__.py", line 13, in <module>
    from flask import Flask, abort, request, current_app
ImportError: No module named 'flask'

but flask module is installed there
