I installed the pgadmin4 on windows 10 to connect a server 9.6 on Linux RHEL.

When the pgadmin starts. it doesn't display the screens, only some text... like this:

In other notebook with windows 10 (but 32 bits), the startup was succesfully...

Any idea about the problem ?
