PostgreSQL version: 11.6
Operating system:   Linux Red Hat 4.8.5-11 64-bit
Description:

Hi,

Version v4.25 is terrible.  After a while it is almost impossible to use the
Query Tool as it becomes irresponsive.  I do not know what is causing this.
I had to re-install version version v4.24 and now everything is working
smooth again....

There is no version 4.25 of PostgreSQL.

I'm guessing you are referring to pgAdmin. If so, please follow the instructions on the bugs form that you filled out to find the correct way for contacting the pgadmin project through their mailinglists.
