I have not found any instruction on how to set it. I assume you are
talking about this:

PGSTAT_FILE_FORMAT_ID    0x01A5BC9B

Any suggestion is welcome.

Yes, that's what I'm talking about. And just increment it by 1.

Not sure where the original value came from, but that's what people have been doing recently.
