It is chicken-and-egg problem. No OSGi support in RPMs => projects
chose "redistribute all the required jar files" and ignore PRMs =>
RPMs do not get better.
So the question is what is the purpose of pgjdbc.jar.rpm if everybody
redistributes the jar?
